Dina Critel Rathje is a licensed independent mental health pracitioner, licensed marriage and family therapist and a certified social worker. She received her bachelor's degree in sociology and her master's of marriage and family therapy from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She has 19 years in private practice, plus has served as director of social work for a rural hospital and 5 years as a behavior consultant for schools in south central Nebraska.Dina specializes in adoption, relationships, forgiveness and grief issues, family relationships, sexual abuse, anger management, women's issues and addiction assessments and treatment. She has specialized training in critical incident debriefing, autism, learning disabilities and adoption. She has presented trainings and workshops on issues related to stress, relationships, parenting and adoption.
Tina Fardella is a licensed clinical social worker and licensed mental health practitioner. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Tina’s experience includes working as a school social worker in Lincoln Public Schools, a psychiatric social worker at the Lincoln Regional Center and a social worker in an adolescent residential treatment center. Tina’s previous experience also includes managing the Nebraska Good Beginnings project, a statewide program for
early childhood issues.
Tina specializes in family counseling and helping teenagers and youth succeed in school, eating disorders, pre-marital and marital counseling, self-esteem, women’s issues, relationships, elder care, effective parenting, retirement, anger management and addictions. Tina and her husband, Mike, conduct seminars assisting individuals and couples in planning the second half of their lives – empty nest, retirement and beyond.
